LivinGreens

I saw LivinGreens - a vegetarian cafe featured in my local newspaper today. This place has a calm Zen-style interior decor, and the great thing about it is that many of the items on it's menu are suitable for vegans! The food and ingredients used to make them look really healthy e.g. Miso + Tahini to create a sauce for bulkwheat noodles and vegetables to make "ma jiang" noodles. And to add to that, much of the ingredients used are organically grown and the water is filtered. Western-styled dishes such as the quiche are also served. There are no caffeinated beverages, and you can get organic juices, and soy yogurt. For dessert, there's also a choice from 5 kinds of puddings, including an avocado pudding topped with palm sugar and molasses. Those with wheat allergies will also find many of the food served wheat-free. There are vegan cakes served as well.

Ok here's the address:
LivinGreens
325, Beach Road
Tel: 6396 5523
Opening hours: 1100am to 830pm daily (close on sundays)

Hi jn, I like to try out this cafe, but perhaps until I am working, now I am still studying, and I don't have a digi cam, so it's a little hard :) If you tried it do let me know how's it :)
