I had dinner with my family last month at Loving Hut parklane mall. The food was very nice, and are all vegan.
There aren't a lot of people, and many of those who were there are the disciples of the Ching Hai group. Ambience was quiet, aside from the TV playing their channel in the background.
We ordered the otah, the teochew mee pok and the lemon grass curry. All were nice.
The curry was thick, spicy and with a strong curry flavour - all the characteristics of curry I was looking for.
The otah was good and spicy, but it contains some onion or garlic which I didn't really like.
The mee pok was interesting. They use their special type of mock vegetarian ball that is made of vegetable bits instead of the usual chilli bits and stuff.
One thing that I really like to bring to attention is the brown rice - their brown rice is nicely done with a tinge of spice/herbs - and reminds you of biryani rice.
