This is a blog by one of my friends about her losing weight, staying fit and being happy. Although she isn't vegan or vegetarian, the blog does show that eating veggies and cutting down the meat is important in maintening and losing weight. Even if one does not want to be a vegetarian or vegan, the least he/she can do is to eat a diet low in animal products. This not only benefits oneself, but the people, animals and environment as well.
