Sorry jn, I don't have it, but you can watch it from you tube if its possible. Here's the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KwMGgAjxkNA&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fliving%2Dvegan%2Eblogspot%2Ecom%2F
Oh, yea I didnt notice there isn't any olive oil and garlic being used.. maybe u can add it in if u make ur own pizza eda. But i wonder where soy cheese can be bought in SG :S
The chef is crushing garlic and mix it with olive oil. I just wondered where it went.
You don't actually need soy cheeze. People are surprised when they realize that a pizza without cheeze, but with lots of veggies, actually is great. I have read somewhere about vegan "cheeze" you make yourself from cashew nuts. Haven't seen the recipe though.
Hahaha.. ok I guess I wasn't very observant about that part. I still think it's be good to have some fake cheese, but buying it is easier than making ur own.
Wow! Seems like a lot of work. I'm not sure if it has to be that complicated. The blender helps a lot though...
I read about it in a story of a vegan who made vegan pizza's for all his friends using his own recipe of cashew nut cheeze (recipe). According to him, all his carnivorous friends preferred the cashew version over regular cheeze.

Good: Lots of vegetables. Lots of spices.
Bad: Strange gadget required for dough. Stupid American units used. What happened to the garlic/olive oil? Why not use more colors than red?
Sigh.. i can't even view the video clip..
Do you have the clip in .wmv that can be sent through email?

Getting hungry for pizza now...
problem though
I have no oven!!!
I haven't eaten pizza and ice-cream for ages...:O
LOL, love that first comment, Strange gadget required for dough, touching the sticky dough with hands is so good.
Pizza without cheese is cheating, foccacia don't need cheese, and in my opinion better than pizza...
I didn't try plain pizza b4, but I think I won't really like it too hehe..
