  2. If u want to become a vegan, perhaps you can select a day where u make the firm decision to do so 100% and never look back. I think that will help :)

  3. Haha.. in fact, i was very firm for several weeks when I first started become vegetarian. Just that I feel like kinda difficult to check each and every ingredient.

Besides, there's really no cheap substitute for yummy cheese... :P

    P/S: I know I am giving lousy reasons. :S

  4. Another way is to go "closet-vegan" until you feel ready to come out. ;) That's how I did it, and the switch came naturally, unforced.

  7. As I eat out almost for all meals each day, it is really very difficult to be vegan. For example, i am too shy to ask the stall owners whether their bread uses dairy.. I'm afraid they will think I am so weird

  8. haha.. I know that kind of feeling. Last time I went to Chinatown with my friends for some dessert and I asked the waitress if the dessert contains this and that. The waitress was quite pissed and it makes me feel like I am the wierdo. I mentioned it in a forum and someone told me it will be even wierder if I dun know what I am eating. LOL
