I wanted to write this review sometime back, but my computer was giving me problems. Anyway, The cove movie is still showing in SG GV cinemas so do go and watch while it's still on.
The cove is about the yearly killing of dolphins in Taiji, Japan, and how one man decided to stop it. With his team under the persue of the Jap govt to prevent this annual hunt from being publicised, they managed to sneak in the cove one night and placed hidden and underwater cameras to record the killing of the dolphins. This whole "espionage" mission is made into a documentary-movie - The Cove, and it is a really enlightening video about how the greed for money and dolphin shows can contribute to this yearly massacre.
