Vegan curry mushrooms

If you are looking for a vegan side dish that's quick and easy to prepare, and are looking for easy-to-find ingredients in your kitchen, here's one.
Main ingredients:
Button mushrooms chopped
Carrots, baby corn, and some ginger diced
Green peas

Curry powder
A little cooking oil
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon sesame oil

1. Cook the green peas in water and leave aside (if you like it raw you can choose to omit this step)
2. Heat the oil, and saute the ginger. Add in mushrooms, carrots, baby corn, and green peas and stir fry.
3. Add in curry powder, salt, corn starch and continue stir frying for a little while more. Off the fire.
4. Add in sesame oil and mix. Serve.
