This is another post from Kathy Freston's blog. There is actually a research article related to what Dr. Campbell said about animal protein and cancer. The research didn't talk about the connection of animal protein with cancer, but on the environment. Still, Tables 2 - 5 in the research article allows us to compare the amounts of carcinogens and toxins in non-vegetarian, vegetarian, and vegan diets, and all the values prove that less animal product = less carcinogens.

AAAH! Why can't the scientists reach a consensus??? It bugs me to never be able to tell for sure how these things are related.
