Death row prisoner Philip Workman wanted to order a vegetarian pizza for a homeless person, but was rejected. It's really silly how inflexible things can get, and authorities cannot help a person do one last good deed. Sometimes, rules can be bent - especially to aid someone in doing a good deed. I was really curious why he chose a veg pizza instead of a meat one, but it wasn't mentioned. If it was because he thought it's a kinder choice it'll be good. I don't really support capital punishment because everyone (humans and animals alike) fears death. He committed the robbery and killing in a moment of folly, but if he can be kind to animals and humans now, I think all the more, he deserves a second option besides the death penalty.
