I found this recipe online and it's really quick, so I thought I post it for readers who don't have much time to cook.
Ingredients (4 to 6 servings):
1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed
2 small carrots, peeled and diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 orange, peeled and cut into cubes
1 fresh green chile, finely chopped
Handful of fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
