Vegetarian mock duck lettuce cups

I saw recipe this in the "Today" newspaper online the other day. It's an advertisement for NTUC's vegetarian mock meat. Here's the recipe.

1 head butterhead lettuce
1 can NTUC Fairprice Mock Duck
2 sprigs sping onions, chopped
2 sprigs coriander, torn
Chilli sauce (recipe below)

Separate the leaves of the butterhead lettuce. Wash and dry with a clean cloth. Set aside.
Slice the mock duck and arrange on the lettuce.
Drizzle with chilli sauce and top with a sprinkling of spring onions and coriander.

Chilli sauce recipe
6 red chillies
1 clove garlic, peeled
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup vegetable stock
1 thumb-length knob of ginger
Salt and sugar to taste

Process ginger and half the vegetablestock in a blender until fine.
Season with salt and sugar to taste.
Process chillies with remaining stockand garlic.
Add lime juice, salt and sugar to taste.

haha.. it surely does, but I don't know if it tastes delicious, it's an ad for ppl to buy their canned mock duck :)
