Raw foodies look out! Matthew Kenney is coming to Singapore to promote raw food cuisine from October 11 to 17. He will be introducing an exclusive à la carte menu for One-Ninety restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel. Signature creations include the kim chi dumpling, ocean vegetables, cream of matsutake soup and Caribbean conch chowder.
Here's what to look out for for non-cook enthusiasts. The Chef will be holding cooking demo for private classes of up to 20 participants.

The Cooking Demo package includes cocktails, book signing and dinner tasting with Chef Kenney. (It's telling me that the price will be steep! :P)
