I stumbled across this fantastic website Real Hero Kitchen, by a group of eco-enthusiasts who want to promote the ecofriendly lifestyle - and of course a vegan diet is part of it.
They have a series of cooking classes teaching you how to cook vegan - however it's in cantonese dialect.
